Bell peppers, mushrooms, scallions, onions, and chili peppers in a sweet, brown sauce. Served on a bed of crispy glass noodles of rice.

Kung Pao

Scallions, red peppers, carrots, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, chili peppers, and peanuts in a spicy, garlic brown sauce.

Cantonese Orange Peel

Choice of protein cooked crispy.  Tossed with broccoli in a classic orange sauce.
